In selecting crops and where to grow them, the farm endeavoured to exploit the local traditions. In line with this policy, we agreed to conform to the EU organic agriculture plan. Therefore, we obtain all our products without using chemical substances, neither for pest control treatment nor for fertilisation.
As our lands are farmed exclusively with organic methods, yields are definitely lower, but our products are always particularly healthy.
Our typical products are vegetables, fruit and meat (cockerels, piglets and Charolais calves) and red wine.
